Mr. Sudheer Sarda, Managing Director at ICNIPL is humble and experienced business entrepreneur is responsible for managing the practice, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, and employees. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and also from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also qualified in Australian Company Law, Australian Tax Law and Advanced Tax Law from University of Technology (UTS), Sydney. He is certifed as a Forensic Accountant/Auditor and Information System Auditor from ICAI. He has extensively worked in Sydney in the field of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Tax Compliance, Auditing, SMSF Accounting & Compliance, Bookkeeping, Payroll, BAS etc on various leading software. He is a cricket freak and loves fast cars.
Kaushal Sharda

CA Kaushal Sharda joined the firm in 2022 after successfully completing his chartered accountancy. Having developed a keen sense of interest in Accountancy throughout the tenure of his Articleship, he has been managing the operations of the firm since the beginning of his association. Also, he has been actively participating in reforming internal management, especially in accounts and workflow management. He became a chartered accountant at the age of 22 years and since has also completed certification courses in the concurrent audit of banks, Goods & Services Tax and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention. Additionally, he is also a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. Over and above this, he is also a qualified ACCA and a member of the prestigious and internationally renowned institute of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
